Most importantly, always chew your food patiently. Do not just swallow after chewing four or five times. This way your food will not be digested properly. Touch the food slowly and firmly. Next, do not overeat. You need to know when to draw the line and stop when you are not hungry. So, we see how a balanced diet will keep you healthy and fit. It will improve the quality of your life and keep all illnesses away.
