A life everyone wants but sometimes it may feel that it is a huge challenge to maintain a healthy lifestyle. That is not in sync with the realities of daily life. In today’s hectic life where it is difficult to work a full-time job, eat well, train for marathons, make homemade green juice, even spend quality time with your family/partner.
Such a healthy life is actually made up of the little things we do every day – things that are so small. That they don’t seem important, but done consistently over time, add up to produce big results.

Start the morning with water
By the way, if possible, start the day with early morning. But if you are not able to wake up early. Then get up according to your convenience, but when you wake up in the morning get 1 or 2 glasses, keep overnight in a copper vessel or drink clean fresh water. Drink a glass of water at least 3 liters in total at an interval of two hours throughout the day.
Connect yourself with nature and the superpower
We humans or any creators give this world, God power, and this nature only, so it is our duty to always dedicate ourselves to them. There is nothing more in this dedication but only some time to connect ourselves with that immense power and nature. By doing this we get physical benefits but mental peace will also be attained. After waking up in the morning, choose a certain place near the house. If possible, a place where you are closer to nature, and while meditating in solitude, show gratitude to God and nature.
Exercise is an important activity
Yoga or exercise has always been an important part of human life. Therefore, after retiring from work in the morning, walk. Or jog at a brisk pace for at least half an hour. Spend some time daily in any work like Yogasan, Pranayama, Surya Namaskar, Sports, Gardening, Swimming, etc. Your body is your most important asset and it is very important that you spend some time in the morning under its supervision. The person who does not focus on himself is careless towards his own body, he is definitely harming himself, so do exercise for a while.
Food is a blessing but follow the right method
Chew the food slowly and eat it in silence. Take your dose only twice a day with an interval of at least 7 hours. Take food accordingly, but keep in mind that your stomach is only 3/4 full. Eat only 2 meals a day with an interval of at least 7 hours.
Quality of Food is very Important
Foodgrains, pulses, and dry fruits used in daily food are important, but the right way is to soak it overnight and then use it the next day. Only 1/3 part of the food should be grains and pulses, the remaining 2/3 part should be green vegetables. We need more and more minerals and vitamins for growth and the right amount is also necessary.
Avoid junk food as much as you can
Nowadays the routine of people is getting very bad. Especially with regard to food habits are getting very wrong. Except for nutritious food, people have started giving more importance to junk food. One reason for this is busy routine but the other reason is also showing off. Many times, due to laziness, parents also trap their children in the habit of junk food and their health also starts playing with it.
Use only low-fat oil, that too in the least amount. Eat raw-unripe, sprouts, leafy green vegetables, fruits according to the season, salads, fruit juices, and coriander, mint chutney in a balanced quantity. Take wheat flour bread with bran, rice without polish and soup, etc. in cooked food. It would be better if the food is cooked through steam. Give preference to honey and lemon water instead of tea, curd/buttermilk instead of milk, and jaggery instead of sugar.
Save yourself and the people around you as much as possible from these bad habits
Smoking, tea, coffee, alcohol, drugs, and other bad habits. Flour and polished rice, non-vegetarian, canned, dried, adulterated, colored, aromatic, synthetic artificial foods. Vegetable Ghee or Refined Oils are still better but any unnatural food or drink is harmful to your lever. Eating without appetite, without mood, in an anxious state, or with fever is not good, which means eating food with a healthy and happy mind. Very hot or very cold food or beverages. Noise, pollution of air, water, etc. Harmful cosmetics, synthetics, soaps, intimates, etc. Drinking water between meals or just after meals is not a good sign for health. Always try to drink water half an hour before and one hour after meals. Last but not least avoid eating, staying awake till late at night.
You must be thinking that why I have given the most emphasis on food and drink. One of the biggest truths of our life is that we, our body, our mind, and our behavior, etc. The more focus we will keep on our eating habits and the more we follow the rules, the more healthy and happy life we will get.
It is our right to live a happy life. And the best thing is that we do not even have to ask for this right from anyone because we are giving it to ourselves as a gift. When God created man, he was blessed with killers like intellect and conscience. And hoped that this human would prove to be the wisest in society. Today, we need to make ourselves aware of that hope and gift of God given to this body, that is, it means that now without any delay, as soon as possible, include your good health habits in life.
