Do you ever wake up in the morning and remember all the things you have to do in the day, and all you want to do is hide under the blanket and not go out? This feeling is familiar to most of us but now, you do not have to feel this way.
Did you know that our thoughts create our emotions? Since we can control our thoughts (I know it may not feel like it sometimes), and you have the power to start your day on a positive note every day. Here are some ways to help you get into the right mindset, cheerful mood and make every day enjoyable.
1. Make your bed first thing in the morning.
Get up and clean the room. If your room is messy and dirty, your mind will feel like a mess. You are more likely to not get any work done and feel sluggish in such an environment. If you want your mind to be organized, you have to first organize your space. Clean your room and you will notice how calm and welcoming your room has become.
2. Drink Warm Water With Lemons

This way, we can start our day on a calm note with a fresh mind.
5. Do not check your phone until late
Just as you shouldn’t check social media directly when you wake up, try to avoid checking your phone until later again. You will really see how much technology can have a negative impact on our mental and physical levels. Don’t get caught up with it at the beginning of your day.
6. Give gratitude
It’s easy to get hooked up in the cycle of negative thinking and eventually forget how good you really are. When you spend some time in the morning writing down 5 things you are grateful for, it changes your whole mind and your day is very bright.

Thoughts create emotions. Happy thoughts create happy feelings. It’s very simple but very real – think about the things you love to do that make you happy. Visualizing things that make you happy will surely make you feel even happier. Wake up and consider happy thoughts.

Without physically relaxing our body, we get anxiety and tension. Make sure your daily routine includes self-care that allows you to relax your body. Whether it’s a massage, yoga, or a good bath – relaxing your body is an important component of feeling confident and positive daily.

One way to get endorphins flowing in the morning is to do yoga. Performing yoga helps stimulate the blood flow in your body and makes you active.
Jump from your bed, take out your yoga mat, roll it out and get bendy!
11. Set your alarm to an uplifting music
Consider changing your alarm tune. Do not use the opposite buzzing sound. Instead, add something good with the music that starts to soften and grow more over time. It will not jerk you awake and you may enjoy waking up to a more pleasant and lovely sound than you are to something serious, like a normal alarm rigging sound.

A good part of your morning routine would be reading the blogs you have subscribed to. Learning something inspiring in the morning will make you refreshed and ready to face the day. You can read your favourite book as well.
